Summer doesn’t stop BSEC-URTA Management Council: Management Council Conveyed in Thessaloniki to Overview its statutes.
The BSEC-URTA Management Council convened in Thessaloniki on 2 July 2024, a crucial meeting to review and update its statutes.
The BSEC-URTA statutes were last amended in 2016, and logistics chains have evolved in the BSEC region. BSEC-URTA has continued to stand as a common platform that has brought its members on the journey of seeking common solutions to our common problems since 2016.
BSEC-URTA MC finds it necessary to gather as an entire delegation to overview its statutes under the current requirements of Turkish laws.
Sancar Suer, the legal consultant of BSEC-URTA from the OTAG law office, also participated in the meeting and shared a presentation emphasizing the comments and analyses of the expert’s view from their law team that shed light on the changes of BSEC-URTA statutes necessary in the perspective of Turkish laws.
Following the finalization of the statute changes by the BSEC-URTA International Secretariat Team, the BSEC-URTA Management Council is now fully prepared to present its findings to the General Assembly in Uzbekistan on 2 September 2024.
