BSEC PERMIS and BSEC-URTA collaborate once more to enhance international road transport in the BSEC region.
Secretary Generals H.E. Mr. Comanescu and Mr. Mehmet Uylukcu chaired the meeting on 6th March 2025 organized for the discussions on the BSEC-URTA Management Council decisions adopted by the BSEC-URTA International Secretariat, where the executive staff of BSEC PERMIS and BSEC-URTA were present.
BSEC PERMIS and BSEC-URTA mainly discussed the cooperation between the Secretariats on the common goals for the expansion of the BSEC permit usage in BSEC geography, discussed the results of BSEC-URTA Digitalization Working Party highlighted the necessity of digitalization of road transport documents, Artificial Intelligence on transport, upcoming BSEC-URTA General Assembly in Moldova on 16th May 2025, ongoing studies of BSEC-URTA to solve driver visa and BSEC Border Crossing problems.
BSEC-URTA informed and invited BSEC PERMIS to its planned activities and Working Parties in 2025 under the traditional partnership between the organizations since 2001.
