BSEC-URTA President Pays Courtesy Visit to TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu
On 8 July 2025, the delegation from BSEC-URTA, led by President Mr. Eduart Kasa and Secretary General Mr. Mehmet Uylukçu, paid a courtesy and working visit to the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Mr. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu — underlining TOBB’s long-standing role as an Honorary Member contributing to the strength of BSEC-URTA.
The meeting provided a valuable platform for exchanging views on critical issues concerning international road transport in the Black Sea region. Discussions focused on enhancing uninterrupted transport connectivity, resolving persistent driver visa challenges, and improving border crossing procedures.
