BSEC-URTA Lead Efforts to Establish the BSEC Multiple Permit System
The BSEC-URTA International Secretariat is working on a new project aimed at developing a BSEC Multiple Permit system, following a request from the BSEC Member States involved in the BSEC Permit Project.
On April 14-15, 2025, the International Secretariat team and the President of BSEC-URTA held a technical meeting to discuss this initiative. During the meeting, BSEC-URTA outlined the design of the permit, created a guidebook, and established terms for advancing transportation within the BSEC region.
The results of this meeting will be communicated to the BSEC PERMIS to inform all parties involved in the BSEC Permit system.
