BSEC-URTA’s World Wide Recognition Continues
IRU Goods Transport Council (CTM) and General Assembly realized on 7th and 8th November 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland.
The main item in the CTM and General Assembly meetings was eventually elections.
And elections brought natural praises and highlights from BSEC-URTA.
Radu Dinescu, from the heart of the BSEC region, became the president of IRU for the periods of 2025 and 2027.
Lets remember, IRU Board: Under Radu Dinescu’s presidency and international road transport faced the most turbulent times in its history.
Thanks to IRU and cooperation among its members, a safe passage was created through those hard times: plaques, most protectionist applications, war, and natural disasters.

Congratulations to BSEC-URTA Family Members President Eduart Kasa, Valeriu Tulbu, and Alper Ozel on their election to one of IRU’s most important bodies, the IRU Finance Committee.
