On November 5, 2024, BSEC-URTA Senior Advisor Adrian Albu and Deputy Secretary General Alpdogan Kahraman attended a meeting with member states, marking a significant step in our collaborative journey.

– The BSEC Permit quota will remain at 5,000, with Armenia maintaining a quota of 800 in 2025.
– BSEC-URTA has developed BSEC Permits with barcodes to streamline transport operations, paving the way for greater efficiency.
-Preparations are underway for a BSEC Multi-Entry Permit by BSEC-URTA, which could launch in 2026 and open new horizons for travel and trade.
– A BSEC Digital Permit is in development, backed by the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, signaling a forward-thinking approach to transport.
