Informing parliamentarians of the BSEC region on the activities of BSEC-URTA and requesting “Help” against the problems of international road transport

While civilization and Technology have made significant advancements, they have yet to find solutions to the persistent historical problems of international road transport. These issues, such as Border Crossing Times, bureaucratic limitations, and visa burdens on drivers, require immediate attention.

At the 63rd General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) in Tirana, Albania, on 13 May 2024, BSEC-URTA President Eduart Kasa presented the organization’s activities. He also appealed to the parliamentarians of the BSEC region for their support in resolving the international road transport issues.

From the Conclusion of the BSEC-URTA President’s speech:

“We very much hope that our SCREAM is heard by everybody responsible for developing solutions to speed up the movement of trucks; otherwise, the supply chain of essential products for life and health will be seriously damaged.

WE NEED YOUR HELP.”
