In parallel, further efforts will be made on the digitalization of transport documents, aiming to facilitate transport operations and reduce administrative burdens for operators.

During the meeting, the Management Council reviewed the activities carried out in 2025 and discussed the strategic priorities and work programme of BSEC-URTA for 2026. In this context, particular emphasis was placed on the development of the BSEC 2027 Permit System, including the introduction of digital and multi-entry BSEC permits, as well as the continuation of work on driver visa problems across the BSEC region.
