BSEC-URTA Digitalisation Working Group Meeting Successfully Held Online

The BSEC-URTA Digitalisation Working Group Meeting was successfully held online on 16 February, bringing together members to exchange views on digital transformation in road transport and to explore innovative solutions to support smarter, more efficient sectoral operations.
During the meeting, participants discussed the increasing importance of digital infrastructure in enhancing communication, improving operational efficiency, and enabling structured data management within the transport sector. The presentations highlighted the role of smart digital forms, AI-powered assistants, automated workflows, and real-time dashboards in supporting faster and more transparent processes.
A key part of the meeting was dedicated to the presentation of the BSEC-URTA Digital Hotline Project, developed to provide a structured, trackable, and efficient communication channel for members. The system was introduced as a practical tool enabling faster response mechanisms, centralized case management, improved transparency, reduced manual workload, and 24/7 accessibility through AI-supported interaction.
The meeting also included broader discussions on digital transport solutions such as fleet management systems, telematics, route optimization, CO₂ monitoring, mobile applications, and advanced analytics tools. Members emphasized that such technologies can significantly contribute to sustainability goals, productivity improvement, and stronger regional integration across the BSEC area.
BSEC-URTA would like to extend its sincere appreciation to the presenting companies, Hazırcevap and iLINK, for their valuable contributions and insightful presentations.
