BSEC-URTA Management Council set plans for 2022
The 54th Meeting of the BSEC-URTA Management Council was held on 25 November 2021 in BSEC-URTA Headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Management Council made its main focus on digitalization.
The meeting participants discussed the ways of development of digitalization in road transport in the BSEC region, drawing special attention to the e-TIR and e-CMR.
Another important point of discussion was the development of the BSEC Permit System. The meeting attendees worked on the enlarging of its geography.
One more decision of the Management Council is the continuation of the work on the field and visits of borders in 2022.
BSEC-URTA Management Council decided to take such a topic as “Decarbonization in road transport” into its agenda for 2022 by bringing awareness in the BSEC region for the transformation that is expected to rule in transportation.
